  • Kevin F says:

7950 is better for the same Price

  • grenwals says:

Can you tell me the full name of the 7950 please.

  • Kevin F says:

    ATI HD Radeon 7950

  • Brantom Scottcia says:

tup,ive got a black edition 7950,same price as a normal 660ti with less power consumption

  • grenwals says:

    Thanks.

  • dodgeviper1399 says:

Which is better ATI Radeon 5730 or a Nvidia Gtx460 both 1gb for an alienware laptop i3 processor help

  • dodgeviper1399 says:

    Or a Gtx 480

  • I Jump Tay says:

I always thought it was the 7950

  • dottorrent says:

Not necessarily. The 7950 is a good card but the 7950 cannot use dedicated Physx or use special Cuda features.in some video or photoshop editing programs.

  • Kevin F says:

it cant but it crushes the 660TI in open CL computing (like open GL, for Photoshop ect…) and Photoshop works just as good with either cards not that CS6 is out, and Phsyx is more of a novelty as 95% of games just use the CPU for it.

just saying the 7950,especially with overclocing kills the 660ti for a few reasons, the more comparable cards would be 7870 vs 660TI

    what dose 1.0 (total) / 1.0 (free) x PCIe x16 mean?

  • IDeaanI says:

can anyone help me please ,
    the build im building is
Amd FX 6200 Black EDition 3.8Ghz
    Msi 970a-g46 (runs pci 2.1 x 16)
    2 x 4 corsair vengence ddr3 1600mhz ram
    750w fortron source psu
so the question is the video card , should i get the radeon hd 6670 ultimate 1gb , or a radeon hd 7750 1gb
i will be using this for gaming , and maybe in time will run crossfire and get another of the same gpu
im wondering which will run better , the 6670 using its 2.1 or the 7750 running 2.1 when its made for 3.0

  • mrcanadiantech says:

Just get the GTX 660, the ti version does not give much of a performance boost.

  • dottorrent says:

You’d be surprised. The 660ti is actually the 670 underclocked ever so slightly.

  • umliu37 says:

depend on your budget and ur purpose …u wanna play game in ultra setting or just wanna play game a little bit without high demanding.
i have hd 7750 , no power connector, which is a good choice for my league of legend gaming purpose.

  • umliu37 says:

another thing is the power psu u chosen is wayyyyyy too high for your video card chosen. u can just directly go hd 7870,7950 etc without problem if ur psu is a decent one,

OffTheSubject – hey everybody , So I have bought a SSD SAMSUNG 830 – 128Gb Drive. I’ve been using my very trusty ASUS P67 SABERTOOTH – Question is Should I use the “Marvell” or Intel P67 for the 6.0 Gb/s tech?
    Cheers

  • Steven Garcia says:

    sapphire make a $200(after tax/shipping) that has 2GB w/256-bit and its OC’d.
I agree that a 660ti is great, but disagree as in the 660(non-ti) is best bang for buck. spend a little more and you can get a 7870 GHz Edition for ~$230.

  • rahul jadhav says:

    give me 1 of these…
